Remote. Position location is listed as Minneapolis for posting purposes but is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US.
Position Overview
The Salesforce Analyst will collaborate with the Salesforce team to support Illuminate users and proactively evolve the infrastructure and processes related to Salesforce and integrated platforms. Responsibilities include: internal support cases, user training and provisioning, metrics support, reporting, testing, and growing your skill-set.
In addition, the Salesforce Analyst will work closely with the team to complete project tasks while both receiving and sharing technical guidance with peers. The individual should be self-motivated and take initiative to advance their knowledge independently when possible. As experience and skill-set grow, the Salesforce Analyst will be asked to handle increasingly complex tasks to support the evolution of Illuminate Education’s internal platform and process.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with multiple business groups and stakeholders, as well as IT staff

Communicate technical processes to non-technical users

Run periodic processes (i.e. order batch process) and system backups

Maintain Applications Services Metrics (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)

Provide Tier 1 support for all Salesforce users.

Provide reporting assistance, report building, and user training on how to build reports

Assign user access (password resets, user provisioning, user access changes)

Answer existing process questions and work with users to help them understand their core processes

Provide new user training for business groups (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, etc.)

Maintain Training Plans and keep training documentation up-to-date for other business groups (Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, etc.)

Load data for Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing (territory management, marketing leads, etc.) and update existing data

Maintaining data quality by conducting data integrity audits, reviewing reports, and working with data owners to fix issues

Work with Finance/Order Management to resolve account and contact duplication issues by merging and deleting records
Desired Experience & Qualifications

2+ years experience as a Salesforce Analyst

2+ years Salesforce experience
-
2+ years of customer support experience (cases)

Salesforce Administrator certification preferred

Experience in subscription based (SaaS) environment is ideal

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Must be self-sufficient in basic troubleshooting (Testing, Online Research, etc.)
